Sleep Coach
Ines
My years as a professional nanny, maternity nurse, nursery practitioner, infant swimming coach, and sleep coach have given me a broader understanding of babies, mothers, and family life as a whole.
This wider experience means I do not only look at sleep itself. I look at your baby, your environment, your rhythms, your responsiveness, and the many small elements that quietly influence how rest unfolds.
My Approach
Sleep does not begin in the nursery. It begins much earlier, in the nervous system of a mother who has been carrying too much for too long.
When you are depleted and running on broken sleep, even the smallest decisions can begin to feel heavy. Nights often feel harder than they should, worries grow louder, and confidence begins to slip in places where it once came naturally.
My work is not simply about helping your baby sleep. It is about helping you feel calmer, steadier, and more trusting of yourself again, so that sleep becomes possible without asking you to go against your instincts or your baby's emotional needs.
A rested mother creates the conditions for a rested baby.
This is where support begins.

A calm first conversation to understand what feels difficult, where support is needed, and whether working together feels right.

Work With Me
You may already have read the advice, searched late at night, and wondered whether you are missing something everyone else seems to understand.
What often feels hardest is not only sleep itself, but the quiet way exhaustion begins to affect how you feel inside motherhood.
My approach remains gentle, deeply tailored, and responsive to the baby in front of me. Nothing in this work is harsh or forced. It is thoughtful support that respects your baby's temperament, your values, and the season you are living through.
Together we look at what is happening calmly and practically, always centred around your baby, your needs, and your family rhythm.

The Book
Alongside my work with families, I am also the author of Teaching Baby to Sleep, a gentle guide to sleep from birth to one year.
The book focuses on sleep shaping rather than sleep training, introducing small, consistent steps week by week so healthy sleep habits develop naturally and often reduce the need for later intervention.
It was written for parents who want to understand sleep early, calmly, and without feeling overwhelmed by conflicting advice.
Sleep shaping means making small changes gradually, in a way that works with your baby rather than against them, so that later sleep becomes easier to hold.
Kind Words
Ines managed to change all that. She achieved all the results in a very gentle, baby-led manner which was our preference and Ines reads the baby's cues very well.
It's hard to put into words the gratitude I feel for the incredible impact Ines's support has had on not only my baby boy, but my own wellbeing, belief and joy as well.
but understanding the wider picture with care.
